No Partnership.
There is nothing in these terms that is intended to create a partnership or authorise any party to act as a agent.
Your rights and restrictions.
You must register an Account with Digital Konnect to use the services available on the Digital Konnect Website. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old.
You are responsible for any activity on your Account. It is your sole responsibility to monitor and control access to your Account and password. An Account is set-up when registering on the Digital Konnect Website. You must ensure this is kept secure and confidential. If there is a security breach of your logon credentials please notify Digital Konnect. You must ensure your username and password is not shared with anyone including 3rd parties.
Listings and Chat
Listings will be free for the promotion period (1st April 2022 – 31st July 2022). Once this period is over we will notify the registered users.
If business listing are inappropriate Digital Konnect reserves the rights to remove and delete the business listing.
We do not take responsibility if the business listing information is made public. The buyer, seller or investor will share this information at their own risk
We do not take responsibility if information is exchanged between a buyer, seller, investor which leads to a breach. Please ensure you only share information which you are comfortable with. Information shared will be at your own risk.
Payments and refunds.
The Payment services and agreements will start after the promotion period ends (1st April 2022 – 31st July 2022). A notification will be issued to registered users to signify we are moving towards a payment subscription model to allow them to decide if they want to carry on using the enhanced service offering.
If a User decides not to use the enhanced service, they will still be able to use the service as a registered user using the non-subscription service which has limited access to the business listings.
The payment model will be a monthly subscription service for all users.
Digital Konnect reserves the right to change its Subscription Fees or billing methods at any time. We will provide notice to affected Customers of any such changes.
Termination
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms or Policies, we may suspend or permanently disable access to your account. We may also suspend or disable your account if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights or where we are required to do so for legal reasons.
If we determine you impersonate or attempt to impersonate a Company, a Company employee, another user or any other person by any means.
Consequences of Termination.
Termination of these Terms is without prejudice to any rights and obligations of the parties accrued up to and including the date of termination. On termination of these Terms:
You will immediately cease to use the Services; and
Digital Konnect will remove your Content from the Website and will suspend your access to the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by Digital Konnect. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.
Liability
We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement including negligence or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data or any indirect loss.
Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.
What Digital Konnect does and doesn’t do:

Provides a platform for buyers, sellers and investors to list businesses and engage directly with each other at their own discretion for an ‘exit’, ‘investment’ or ‘management take over.’
Doesn’t
Responsibility for the sale of any of the businesses listed on the Website nor does it accept any responsibility relating to issues arising out of a sale, investment or a take over.
Provide any legal or financial advice.
Responsibility for the sale of any of the businesses listed on the Website.
Involvement in any transactions between the buyer, seller or investor. The agreements are solely between the buyer, seller or investor.
Responsibility for the quality or accuracy of any listing on the Website.
